Worldwide Commercial Operations, led by general manager Matt Rossmeissl, partners to support the fulfillment and revenue processing operations of the company’s $25+ billion Commercial business with a vision to deliver on the promise of Right Revenue, Right ROI for Microsoft. 
Commercial Operations has Regional Operating Centers (“ROCs”) located in: Nevada, Florida, Ireland, North Dakota, and Singapore, and a manufacturing center in Puerto Rico.


Commercial Operations globally manages channel partner and customer contract management, revenue processing, manufacturing / fulfillment of media, electronic software distribution, and volume licensing customer care in line with the five Microsoft Operations strategies.

About OEM Operations
OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Operations, led by general manager Mike Quinn, is a worldwide organization partnering and supporting the OEM Sales segment with a vision to deliver on the promise of One Great Experience.


We have two Regional Operating Centers. Microsoft Licensing, GP (“MSLI”) is located in Reno with additional resources in Japan and China, and Microsoft Ireland OEM Licensing (“MIOL”) is located in Dublin. In addition, we have a Strategy and Planning team located in Redmond.


We support the Royalty, System Builder Channel, and OEM Embedded Devices channels via License Creation and Routing; Agreement Activation & Maintenance; Ordering & Fulfillment; Invoicing; and Credit and Collections. We also lead the Execution Excellence strategy.


All of our OEM Operations key projects and initiatives are tied to the five Microsoft Operations strategies.  The strategies and initiatives are only a subset of the extensive work we are doing across OEM Operations to help us realize the vision of One Great Experience.

About Entertainment and Devices (E&D) Revenue Enabling Organization

E&D Reno is a worldwide operations organization run by Microsoft Operations Licensing Corporation (MOLC) located in Reno Nevada and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (MIOL) located in Dublin, Ireland.

 

E&D Reno is responsible for performing and or coordinating significant operational support for Xbox (and other E& D programs) including processing and administering of Publisher Licensing Agreements, collection of associated royalties and fees, contract compliance, auditing and statutory accounting and anti-piracy program management. E&D Reno also is responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of Xbox Third Party games through Authorized Replicators including License Verification, Shipment Reporting, and product tracking.
